Our Commercial Combined insurance allows businesses to successfully combine buildings, contents and liability insurance into one integrated product, offering a real breadth of choice. We look to write UK-domiciled commercial and industrial accounts, predominantly in the manufacturing, services and property owners sectors together with selective elements of the retail sector.
We will consider incidental work away with exposures up to 50% of the total of the manual wage roll and payments to subcontractors on well managed risks within strategy. We will write liability on a standalone basis whether that’s public/products, employers’ liability or both. We do not tend to write in the construction or agricultural sectors.
